  • Preferences:
    • A new preference has been added under "Doctor View" called "Allow Multiple Doctor Views". • Pick-ups Route List now inserts a page break after each route.

    • Pick-ups Route List will no longer print the Pick-ups that have been completed.

    • If Doctor had multiple facilities, a given pick-up was being printed multiple times, it now has been corrected.

    • Problem with the Pick-up instructions printed on the top of other text has been corrected.

    Local Delivery Route List Setup

Delivery route list is accomplished by utilizing 3 components of DLCRM.
    • Setting up the Case Locations

    • Scan the Cases in the Shipping Department

    • Scan the Cases before or after Delivery

    • Delivery Route List Report
  • Setting up the Case Location:
    • From the Sidebar Menu, select Maintenance,

    • From the Maintenance, Select Case Locations

    • On this form, add Case Location that represents the route ID in DLPlus. The Case Location must precede the word “RTE: “. Please note a space after the “:”

    • For example, if you have a Route ID called “North Town”, the location name should be entered as “RTE: North Town”.

    • After entering all the Routes, you will need to add one final Case Location called “RTE: Delivered”. This is used when your driver makes the deliveries.
  • Scanning Cases in Shipping:
When the Cases are packaged and ready to be picked up by your drivers, the shipping employees need to perform the following procedures:

    • From the Sidebar Menu, select Scanning, then select Case Location

    • While on the Case Location, select the appropriate Route (Case Location) for the Cases

    • At this point, you may use your barcode reader and start Scanning the CaseID for this Route. If barcode reader (scanner) not available, you may simply enter the CaseID using the keyboard. Invalid Case IDs will be not show on the report.

    • Once the Cases are scanned or if you need to scan for another route, simply click the Update fields to save the Cases for selected Route (Location).

Notes: Do not change the Location in the middle of your scanning. All scanned cases will be saved for the Location selected at the top.

    • You may repeat this process for all of your routes and as often as necessary. It is best to stack up the Cases and do the scanning in the Batch mode.
  • Printing Delivery Route List:
    • After the scanning is performed, you are ready to print your delivery route list. Click on the Report Menu at the top of the DLCRM Form and select “Delivery Route List”

    • If you wish to View the Report before printing, make sure “View Reports On Screen” is checked. If this option is not checked, the report will be sent to the printer.

    • After entering all the Routes, you will need to add one final Case Location called “RTE: Delivered”. This is used when your driver makes the deliveries.
  • Scanning the Cases after the Delivery:
    • This is a very important step for two reasons. First, we would want to track the delivery. Second, we need to mark the Cases so they will not show up on the Delivery list the next time the report is printed.

    • To scan the delivered cases, select the Scanning Menu as described earlier and select Case Location again. This time, select the location Called “RTE: Delivered”.

    • Once again, using the Delivery Route List, simply Scan or type the Case IDs printed on the report. Once all Cases are scanned, simply click the Update button. If the Delivery Route List is printed again, it will no longer include the Cases that were scanned with this Location.
  • View Deliveries on the Case Page:
    • While on the Doctor Record, Cases Page, when you select a given Case, the “CRM Location tab at the bottom will display these Locations to provide up-to-date information to the customer service reps.

  • View Deliveries by Doctor:
    • The Pickups page has been renamed to “Pickups & Delivery” and a new grid on the upper right corner shows a list of all Deliveries for the Doctor.
