    Dental Lab Customer Relation Management
DLCRM Mobile Application Suite Version 1.0

Innovation and proficiency is what drives all development decisions at Magic Touch Software. Our systems strive to constantly improve your laboratory processes while promoting complete customer satisfaction. From these ideals MTS has developed the concept for the ground-breaking DLCRM Mobile Application Suite.

This brand new Application Suite is designed to work with any PDA running Windows Mobile™ and when combined with satellite internet or a Wi-Fi connection will mobilize some of the powerful features available in DLCRM. When a connection to the DLCRM server is available, the integration services will update all work performed in Mobile DLCRM and make it available laboratory wide in DLCRM as though performed at a workstation in the lab. If there is no connection available to your PDA, DLCRM Mobile will store the necessary data and updates locally to the device. The application will then detect when a good connection is available and update the main DLCRM server automatically.

Each future release of the DLCRM Mobile Application Suite will provide a stepping block to achieving a full mobile solution for laboratories. For now, this initial release includes 2 of the many planned applications, namely Case Locations and Local Pickup Delivery Manager.
  • Case Location Scanning
    • If you are like most laboratories, keeping track of all cases and their respective locations as they move throughout lab is a tedious and mostly manual process. In some situations it has become such a chore that an extra employee dedicated solely to managing this process proves necessary.

    • MTS has set the standard with the first application available in DLCRM Mobile allowing for Case Location Scanning and Update while on the move.

    • Imagine how easy this process will become with the ability to update Case Locations in DLCRM and DL Plus in real time from anywhere in your laboratory by simply entering the Case ID, the current Case Location, and clicking submit. It’s just that simple.

      Updating Case Locations

    • For those labs with a high volume of cases, DLCRM Mobile has added functionality when run on a Symbol MC50 PDA & Scanner. This device will allow for infrared scanning of Case ID barcodes as well as Case Location barcodes effectively speeding up the entire process to seconds.

    • You can see how easy and effective this application can be incorporated into your everyday lab processes. As a given case moves throughout your laboratory, your staff can perform the case location updates in real time.

    • Additionally, your customer service representatives will always have an answer available with a few clicks every time Doctors call inquiring about their Cases. No more return calling or “I don’t know” answers. Support your doctors like never before.

  • Local Route Pickup and Delivery Manager
    • Also included in the DLCRM Mobile Application Suite is the Local Route Pickup and Delivery Manger. Like never you can now arm your drivers with the necessary tools to be on top of every Pickup and Delivery before they become issues.

      Viewing Doctors on the Route

    • Before starting out, the Local Pickup and Delivery Route List can automatically be transferred from DLCRM directly to the PDA or other mobile device and viewable through DLCRM Mobile interface.

    • Drivers can keep track of the status of both Pickups & Deliveries remotely with a few important clicks while on the road almost completely eliminating human error.

    • DLCRM Mobile can even automatically send these updates to DLCRM in real time via a satellite internet connection.

    • With this same satellite internet connection, your drivers can even receive updates as customer service or other support staff make changes or add new pickups through DLCRM in real time.

    • If this type of connection is not available, DLCRM Mobile will simply store all updates locally and receive any new requests or changes the second a valid connection to the DLCRM server is detected.

    • Further adding security to your Deliveries, drivers can even collect a digital image of the receiver’s signature upon delivery.

      Capturing Electronic Delivery Signature

    • This signature is then uploaded to the main DLCRM server, attached to the case, and made available to any user laboratory wide with just a few clicks.

    • With a digital image of the reciever’s signature, there is never any question of when was it delivered or who accpeted it. DLCRM Mobile provides for this in a very easy to user mobile solution.

    • The DLCRM Mobile Application Suite is like no other laboratory software and will revolutionize the management of your case location management as well as local shipping and receiving processes.

    • Realize the potential these powerful features and the ability to significantly reducing human error.
