  • MTSI Exhibits at LMT LAB DAY WEST
    (May 9th, 2009)
Continuing its reputation as the largest dental laboratory meeting on the west coast, MTSI representatives joined 540 exhibitors from 125 different companies at the Hyatt Regency in Orange County, CA for what turned out to be a record attendance of over 1800 lab owners, managers, and technicians. LMT Lab Day West participants flooded the exhibit hall learning about the latest technologies, products, tools, and business opportunities.

As the only Customer and Lab Management Software Company in attendance, eager participants were excited to ask questions and learn how a powerful yet easy to use software infrastructure could do so much for dental laboratories big and small. President and CEO, Gary Bagheri, was on hand to personally answer all questions ranging from production management to customer service processes to shipping procedures.

The hot topic of conversation at the MTS booth was the first release of DLCPM, Dental Lab Customer and Production Management. Built on proven CRM technology currently in use in labs across the country, this revolutionary application suite was designed to not only improve customer service, but also provide a full feature set for managing all production processes.
